The Coptic hospital in Nairobi shall be hosting Consultant surgeons from the United States of America from 25^th July 2012 to 4^th August 2012. They will be performing general surgeries: Gall bladder stones, Appendicectomy, Hernias, Gastric & Abdomino-pelvic operations, Thyroidectomy and Mastectomy.

They shall also offer eye surgeries: Comprehensive Eye Check-up, Cataract Surgery and Glaucoma Surgery among others.

Then there will be Obstetrics and Gynaecology Surgeries both Laparoscopic and Open Surgeries: Cancer and Advanced Cancer Cases, Hysterectomy and Myomectomy and Ovarian Diseases.

This is a grand opportunity for those in the community who may be going through any of these health challenges but are not in a position to handle the finances. The Coptic hospital is charging each person a consultation fee of Ksh. 1200 and no surgeon fee for the surgeries that will be performed.
